I am always told by clients and friends that they just can’t seem to get their children to eat healthy snacks! In this class, I will make my delicious vegan, sugar and nut-free cupcakes as well as a scrumptious chocolate pudding, a vegan sugar-free banana bread, and chocolate coconut macaroons! I literally have to fend my children (as well as their friends) off when I make these recipes!

Are you confused about what is and what is not healthy in your pantry?
Do you need help?

I will come to your home and personally walk through your pantry and give you guidance and what to throw out and what to buy. You will also be provided with a healthy shopping list.

When we use sugar and other carbohydrates to temporarily boost our performance, we may see immediate effects, but in the long term this creates a roller coaster ride that is not good for our bodies. So, what do I recommend and personally use to replenish electrolytes after a tough workout? Coconut water!
