This unique super-nutrient from the ocean provides the body with an increase in residual energy that builds up significantly when it is ingested on a daily basis. With its abundance of naturally produced vitamins, minerals and original life force (absorbed directly from the Sun), everyone that partakes will enjoy a ‘whole body’ inner strength that they have never experienced before.
The intense chlorophyll content in Oceans Alive helps to increase oxygen uptake. Higher oxygen uptake means more fuel to muscles, which translates to improved performance and endurance. With the smallest ano-particulate size of all micro algae’s, Oceans Alive delivers vital life energy at the DNA/Mitochondria level and also penetrates the blood/brain barrier feeding the higher master glands located deep in the brain stimulating significant mental clarity.
Usage Recommendations:
Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton is extremely potent; a little goes a long way.
Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton may also be taken on the back of the tongue, two or more times each day, beginning with 2 drops at a time. In this way, all of the essential nutrients of the chosen combination may be absorbed directly into the body, bypassing the digestive system.
Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton may be taken more frequently and in greater amounts than the serving size listed above, based upon your personal needs. For ease of use and a gentler, time-released effect, multiple servings of Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton may also be mixed into any smoothie, drink, or raw food dish.

Oh, how I love hot, lazy days of summer where we can
just kick back and enjoy being outdoors. And, when the
hot weather hits, there is nothing more refreshing than
popsicles!
Peruse the shelves of the grocery store, though, and you will be hard-pressed to find ones that are not laden with sugar and food colorings! So bad were the popsicles served at my children's camps that even heavy-duty detergents and bleach could not get the stains out of their shirts, and their hands were stained for days. Do we really want to be putting that into our children's bodies? I don't think so!
If you are training for your next marathon, or even just trying to enhance your running speed or stamina, add more dark, leafy greens to your diet!
Yes, I said “greens,” not “protein” as you might have expected! Protein is certainly an important part of a runner’s diet with respect to building, repairing and maintaining muscle. But, so often, when I look at a client’s diet log, I see that they are loading up way too much on carbohydrates and protein, but leafy green vegetables are sorely overlooked!
Contrary to what many of you might think or have been led to believe by well-meaning health professionals or manufacturers of low fat foods, I have an important secret to tell you- eating “fat” does not make you fat! Counting calories does not make you skinnier either but we will leave that for another article!!!
